Currently,the gate sentry duty and installing analog video monitoring system or plug-in video monitoring system in the important parts are mainly monitoring methods of air force radar troops.The intelligent degree of these monitoring systems is low.In addition,these monitoring systems are carried out separately with radar warning duty.The current situation of warning and monitoring causes a lot of waste of human resources,and inefficiency.Video processing system which based on the DSP+FPGA embedded system architecture obtains long-term development with the improvement of video processing theory,with DSP and FPGA's improvement of the structure and performance.The video processing system not only fully develops DSP's strong ability of data processing and also fully develops FPGA's advantages,such as flexible collocation and design,abound resources,but also has high integration degree,simple peripheral circuit and stable performance.Basing on analyzing the current device situation and functional requirement of radar troops combat duty and monitoring duty,this thesis designed unattended monitoring system of radar station that based on the DSP+FPGA embedded system architecture.Firstly,unattended monitoring system needs automatic recognition and tracking of moving targets under complex background.This thesis designed the video processing algorithms which include image preprocessing algorithm that completed by FPGA and moving target detection and tracking algorithms that completed by DSP according to these actual demands.And these video processing algorithms are realized on the MATLAB simulation platform.Secondly,based on the DSP+FPGA embedded system architecture,and the idea of modular design,this thesis accomplished overall configuration of hardware platform and design of key module about unattended monitoring system of radar station.Basing on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of current popular moving target detection algorithm,the first key point was to achieve the moving target detection algorithm based on Genetic background model,and discussed implement method and process of algorithm in the process of designing the video processing algorithm.This process simulated this algorithm and moving target detection algorithm that based on Codebook background model though MATLAB platform.Contrast simulation results verified that this algorithm has stronger background interference force,higher detection effect,less computation,and better real-time capability.Basing on Mean Shift moving target tracking algorithm of color histogram,the second key point was to consider the characteristic of target connected domain in moving target detection as the target characteristic,and consider the overlapping proportion of adjacent frame connected domain as target detection method.This process improved and realized multi-target tracking algorithm,and also verified the feasibility of this algorithm though analyzing simulation results of MATLAB platform,and pointed out existing problems.It mainly achieved the overall construction scheme of hardware system,acquisition of data and image,high speed interconnect interface between DSP and FPGA,Ethernet interface,power supply system and so on in the process of designing hardware platform of unattended monitoring system.
