Study On The Legal Issues Of Ecological Immigration Policy

With the development of human society,the contradictions between the population,the environment and the economy are becoming more and more prominent to solve this contradiction the application of ecological immigrants is born.The ecological migration is simply to protect or repair the population immigration of a particular region.Ecological migration is a systematic big project,although more than 20 years of development,the practice of ecological migration has been increasing.Theoretical research is becoming more and more mature,but the concept of ecological immigration is not clear that the system has not yet formed the effect of ecological migration.The ecological migration is not only an economic act,but also involves the change of culture and the adaptation and change of the way of production and life.In the face of such a huge project,there must be a full legal system.Therefore,the article begins with the basic problem of ecological remedy,and analyzes the theoretical basis of ecological compensation system.Then it focuses on the current problems of ecological compensation in China.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,and establishes an ecological compensation legal system,to improve the system of regional transfer payment for ecological compensation.We need to adhere to the new development concept,and high quality development has incorporated the ecological migration project into a legal orbit.At present,in order to regulate and protect the behavior of ecological migration and other related interests.China has formulated a set of policy laws.However,there are still many defects in this problem compared with the objective needs of the ecological migration,the system of ecological immigration is not perfect,and the system of ecological migration is not perfect.To this end,China needs to speed up the special legislation for ecological immigration,and from the immigrant compensation,rights and interests protection,cultural and environmental protection,immigration participation and other norms and promote the implementation of ecological immigration law,the ecological migration project and poverty alleviation project coordinated promotion,to achieve a comprehensive small health society to lay a solid reality.
