Research On Precision Poverty Alleviation In XX Village Of Qingyang City From The Perspective Of Superiority

The phenomenon of poverty has always plagued the development of our people’s lives.If the poverty phenomenon cannot be solved,a series of other social problems will be derived.Leaders of all previous generations have attached great importance to it.After the Nineteenth National Congress,we must complete the construction of a well-to-do society in 2020.The goal of striving for greatness is that the leaders of the party and the country have paid great attention to the poverty-stricken people.As China has entered a new phase of precision poverty alleviation,scholars have changed their understanding of poverty.Previous studies of poverty reduction from various perspectives have made poverty groups or individuals passively accepting the object of poverty reduction policies or measures,largely neglecting them.People’s subjectivity and accurate poverty alleviation are aimed at different poverty-stricken people and their causes of poverty.They have used scientific methods to help poor people get rid of poverty according to local conditions,and conducting research on poverty alleviation in rural areas from the perspective of advantages is conducive to the formation of a The new poverty alleviation model has important theoretical and practical significance in the current poverty alleviation work.In order to better carry out the research on precision poverty alleviation in XX villages from the perspective of superiority,this paper takes XX villages and poor households as the research objects,collects relevant scholars’ research data on poverty alleviation,understands the development of related policy research,and conducts on-site investigation and research.Observed and visited the status of poor households.At the same time,we reviewed the effectiveness of XX Village in Qingyang City during the period of system reform,large-scale development,the period of“blood-making”,comprehensive poverty alleviation and development,and the new era of poverty alleviation.We introduced the physical geography and poverty of XX Village.The status quo of infrastructure,industry development,and people ’ s livelihood protection,as well as the current status of poor households,and issues suchas the lack of awareness of the development of the masses identified in precision poverty alleviation,the lack of sufficient industrial development,and the lack of investment in poverty alleviation funds,and from the perspective of individuals,After analyzing the problems in relation and external environment,we analyzed the advantages and resources existing in the whole village,and used the advantage perspective theory to propose constructive countermeasures and suggestions for the poor people in XX Village from personal,relationship,and external environment.And to promote the development of poverty alleviation in this field,and to contribute a little effort to realize poverty alleviation in rural poor areas.
