Tucao(a way of complaining or teasing)is a special way of life during the transformation,period in China.In the practical process of daily life,Tucao gradually turns into a way of emotional venting,a form of communication,and a method of resistance.In the period of social transformation,with the differentiation of social groups,the uneven distribution of interests,the widening gap between the rich and the poor,the obvious trend of class solidification,and the frequent occurrence of emergencies,the anxiety caused by pressure and uncertainty has spread among the people,therefore any unexpected event will become a pitched point of complaining or teasing for netizens.Nowadays,the phenomenon of "Choufu"(hatred of the rich)has received widespread attention from the public.In the cyberspace,the behavior of complaining or teasing the rich or wealth symbol is one of the representations of the "Choufu" phenomenon.Its background not only bases on macro social factors,but also involves the participants' emotional factors.The online complainers' hatred of the rich hampers them from thinking rationally about network events and increasing the cost of network social governance.Therefore,it is worth considering and studying the phenomenon of hatred of the rich in the Internet.This article analyzes the Tucao phenomenon in the internet from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives.On the macro level,the study follows Dilkeham's method of “interpreting social phenomena with social phenomena”,which analyzes Tucao phenomeon in social scenes.At the micro level,this study analyzes the role of Tucao as a daily practice.This study demonstrates the social roots,social mentality,emotional expression,and cultural mentality behind the Tucao phenomenon in the internet,and comprehensively interpreted it from the perspective of emotional sociology,psychology,and political science.The phenomenon of hatred of the rich in the Internet has three causes,social roots,psychological roots and media technology roots.Tucao can to some extent ease the frustration in the real world and create an illusion of accomplishment and superiority.However,the frustrating environment has not changed substantially,a persistent sense of incompetence lingers on the complainers.Therefore,the rich should gain material and spiritual recognition from the masses,and those who have insufficient accumulation of wealth need to take courage to change the environment that causes frustration.Fundamentally speaking,government departments should improve the fiscal and taxation system,improve the social security system,eliminate or narrow the gap between the rich and the poor,and only then can reduce the number of Internet users to spit or complain.In addition,for the violations of the law that appear in the Internet,we should use legal means to govern and strengthen the legislation on Internet speech,that is,to ensure the freedom of speech for Internet users,and also to maintain a clean and positive network environment.
