Study On The Training And Selection Of Young Cadres In Beidaihe District,Qinhuangdao City

Young cadres are the successors of the proletarian revolution and a new force in promoting socialist modernization.The training and selection of young cadres,on a large scale,is related to the party's ruling foundation and sustainable development,and is related to the smooth realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As far as the grassroots level is concerned,it is related to the overall ability,quality and combat effectiveness of the cadres in the whole region.It is related to the implementation of each specific task and the promotion of key tasks,which is related to the high-quality development of the economic and social development of the whole region.At present,there are still some problems in the training and selection of young cadres.The purpose of this research is to improve the training methods for young cadres,so as to promote the construction of young cadres.This paper uses literature research method,empirical analysis method,interview method and questionnaire method to deeply study the historical background,environment and methods of young cadres training and selection at home and abroad,and expounds the significance of training and selection of young cadres.At the same time,through systematic review of data,data collection,questionnaires,etc.,systematically analyzed the training and selection of young cadres in Beidaihe District,and summarized the experience and achievements of the training and selection of young cadres in Beidaihe District,and found out the selection and training of young cadres.The young cadres in the work are not well-structured,the young cadres are trained in a single way,and the young cadres are not scientifically selected.Each of the existing problems has been analyzed.The main reasons are that the degree of ideological attention is not in place,the system of cadre training and selection is not perfect,and the environment for the growth of grassroots cadres is not good.Finally,based on the actual situation of Beidaihe District,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the training and selection mechanism of young cadres in Beidaihe District,and proposes countermeasures such as raising awareness,strengthening training,perfecting selection and scientific management.Improve the training and selection of young cadres,improve the scientific and standardized level of work for selecting and hiring people,further strengthen the construction of cadres in Beidaihe District,cultivate and build a loyal and implement socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,meet the standards of good cadres in the new era,and be loyal A clean,well-stocked and energetic team of highly qualified and professional young cadres will lay a solid foundation for the construction of“Binhai Strong Zone and Healthy Capital”in Beidaihe District.
