What Role Does Social Work Play In The Community Governance Project Of "the Linkage Of The Community,Social Organization And Social Work"

In order to speed up the development of community social work in China,the Ministry of Civil Affairs has proposed to implement a " the linkage of th e community,social organization and social work " community governance me chanism in the whole country,which is based on community as a platform,so cial organizations as a carrier and social work professionals as a support.In th is context,Gansu Province launched the " the linkage of the community,social organization and social work " Community Governance Project in 2017 to ex plore the way to promote the effective linkage of community,social organizatio ns,social work professionals and improve community governance.Based on the above background,this study takes Lanzhou Chengguan Co mmunity " the linkage of the community,social organization and social work " Community Governance Project as an example to describe the role and functi on of social work participation in the practice of " the linkage of the commun ity,social organization and social work " Community Governance Project,anal yze the reasons for the weakening function of social work participation in " th e linkage of the community,social organization and social work " Community Governance Project,and try to play an effective role for social work participati on in " the linkage of the community,social organization and social work " C ommunity Governance Project.It can construct reasonable strategies.Firstly,this study summarizes the background and the basis and advantage s of the community governance project of " the linkage of the community,soc ial organization and social work " in Chengguan community.It concludes that the development of Chengguan community needs the participation of social wor k,and the participation of social work in community governance has its own a dvantages.Secondly,according to the operation process of the community gove rnance project of " the linkage of the community,social organization and socia l work " in Chengguan Community,this paper summarizes and describes the r ole and function of social work in it,that is,to play the roles of guide,enabl er,resource linker,educator and so on.Its role mainly lies in developing community service,excavating community culture,promoting community education,promoting community autonomy and so on.Although social work has played a certain role in the " the linkage of the community,social organization and s ocial work " of Chengguan community,the author finds that according to the r elevant requirements of " the linkage of the community,social organization an d social work ",the function of social work in it has not been fully played.T hen,under the guidance of this issue,the author explores the reasons leading t o the weakening of social work function in the " the linkage of the communit y,social organization and social work " and finds that its root lies not only in the implementation subject of the " the linkage of the community,social orga nization and social work ",but also in the project management and social wor kers themselves.The author summarizes it with the words "associations" instea d of "actions","actions" instead of "associations".Finally,the author combines the relevant practical experience of predecessors and considers the actual situati on of Chengguan community,and tries to find a way for social work to play an effective role in the practice of community governance of " the linkage of the community,social organization and social work ".That is to say,the parti cipants of " the linkage of the community,social organization and social work" should clearly understand its operating mechanism,especially as professional support,social work should be more proactive and do a good job of commun ity resource integration.Foster community social organizations,pay attention to dealing with the relationship between maintenance and community,and consta ntly improve their capabilities in order to better serve the community and resid ents.
