Research On Satisfaction And Influential Factors Of Administrative Approval Service At County Level

Since the end of the 20th century,smaller governments and better services have become the basic direction of government reforms around the world.Administrative examination and approval,as an administrative management method widely adopted by countries all over the world,is an important means to stimulate the endogenous motivation of social development.Now that China has entered a new era of social development,the reform of the administrative examination and approval system has gradually become the "first mover" and "the first shot" of the government's self-revolution.Under this background,based on the people's perspective,the satisfaction of the administrative approval service of county-level governments in China is carried out.Empirical research,exploring its important influencing factors,will help improve the service efficiency of our government and meet the people's growing needs for a better life.Based on the research results of domestic and international satisfaction evaluation and administrative examination and approval services,this study designed an index questionnaire for the current county-level administrative examination and approval service,and used Xiangshan County of Zhejiang Province as an example to develop the factors affecting the satisfaction of county-level government administrative examination and approval service.Research,process optimization,business quality,supervision and management,online services and service perception as explanatory variables,and public satisfaction as an explanatoty variable to establish an impact mechanism model.After verifying the rationality and scientificity of the data by the reliability and validity test,the independent sample T test,one-way ANOVA and logistic regression model were used to analyze the correlation of demographic variables,and a hierarchical regression model was constructed.The explanatory proportion of each explanatory variable to public satisfaction is finally verified by the structural equation model.The study found that under the public perspective of the people,process optimization,business quality,supervision and management,online services and service perception factors will affect the quality of county-level administrative examination and approval services to varying degrees,and ultimately affect the results of public satisfaction evaluation.At the same time,according to the research results,the optimization proposal of the administrative examination and approval service was put forward.
