| Objective:At present,our country is facing austere endowment problem.How to deal with the problem of the socialization of the aged has become an important factor that restricts the development of our country and is the key factor to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.China's aging situation is not optimistic,and increasingly grim.Among them,the problem of aging in rural areas is more prominent.How to effectively solve the rural community pension service has become a difficult problem for the government and scholars.Compared with the urban community,the rural community pension is facing a greater problem.Mainly reflected in the lack of supply,supply and demand is not equal,the elderly population awareness is not high,and so on.Therefore,we should solve the problem of the aged in rural areas.The problem must have pertinence and maneuverability.We should not be divorced from reality,from national conditions and from market conditions.Only by adopting measures according to local conditions and varying from village to village,can the problem of providing for the aged in rural communities be solved smoothly,and thus a well-off society can be built in an all-round way.The strategic goal of lifting rural population out of poverty.W county is a county of a certain district in Chongqingand is a poor county at the national level.The author goes deep into the township,the village committee carries on the investigation.The questionnaire model is established by questionnaire,literature research and so on.Through in-depth interviews to understand the needs of the elderly population,especially pay attention to the needs of the elderly with chronic diseases.Through the analysis of the data obtained from the investigation in the later period,the paper exploresThe pattern of pension supply,which is suitable to the practice,provides the theoretical basis for the country to formulate relevant laws and policies.Target:W County rural elderly as the research object.A total of608 questionnaires were distributed and 600 valid questionnaires were collected.The old people who took part in the investigation were all the insured objects of the New Rural Cooperative Medical system(NCMS).Methods:More use of literature retrieval,interviews and other research methods,in-depth investigation.A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct field investigation and interview with some elderly people.Results:Through investigation and research,it is found that although the rural community old-age service industry in W county of our city has developed rapidly,there are many worthy of reference,but there are still many problems.For example,facilities are not complete,supply mode is single,medical,nursing and nursing personnel arerelatively lacking,and public institutions are relatively few and so on.At the same time,it is found that many old people,especially the "empty nest",have more obvious needs for life care.Discussion and Suggestions:In the 21 st century,the construction of rural community should be placed in the position of national strategy.On the supply side,it emphasizes the quality and quantity of supply,the development of private pension institutions to coordinate with the formation of community old-age service model,and vigorously develops the contingent of talents,especially volunteer organizations and rural doctors.On the demand side,we should change the concept of consumption of the elderly population and increase the effective demand.At the same time,we should pay attention to the linkage and coordination between supply and demand,and try our best to reach the stage of development of balance between supply and demand,so as to become a global problem at the present stage of aging.We should deal with the problem of supporting the aged all over the country.Special attention should be paid to adapting measures to local conditions and responding to the challenges of ageing in the light of local realities. |
