At present,our country is in a special period of transition.Economic globalization and international competition are becoming increasingly fierce.The international situation is changing unpredictably.The economic system and political system reforms at home and abroad have entered a tough process.In this period of opportunity and constant challenge,civil servants are required to have a professional quality that judges the situation in a scientific manner,to be able to judge the current development situation,and even when the problem is not optimistic,they can calmly and calmly,and rely on their strong individual capabilities.Take control.At present,the Corps has entered the deep-water zone where it has comprehensively deepened reforms.The clarion call for all-round deepening of the reform of the regiment has also been quietly lifted.Eight XPCC pilot reform missions and 23 divisions of self-determined reform pilot missions are advancing in an orderly manner.In the field,the separation of government and enterprises was divided,and the staff of the original group office was incorporated into the civil service.The relevant civil service system was implemented.It can be seen that the civil servants at the grassroots level of the Corps are continuously growing.Under such a background,how to effectively improve the work efficiency of the XPCC civil servants is a key issue that must be considered in the modernization process of the XPCC's governance.Upgrading the XPCC civil servants' emotional intelligence management capability is an important way to increase their work efficiency.This paper,through the study of emotional intelligence cases at home and abroad,combined with the status quo of the emotional intelligence of civil servants in Shihezi local taxation system,studies its causes and effects,and proposes how to effectively improve emotional intelligence.This article mainly includes a brief analysis of the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,and research methods.An overview of the theory of emotional intelligence,elaborated from cognitive theory and emotional management theory.The status quo of the current emotional intelligence of the cadres of the Shihezi local tax system was analyzed;questionnaire surveys were also used to study the emotional intelligence of civil servants in Shihezi local taxation system.The conclusions of the emotional intelligence of civil servants in the Shihezi land tax system were drawn and solutions were explored.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The age structure of Shihezi local government officials is mainly middle-aged,with high academic qualifications,and the majority of working age is between 2 and 8 years.The main tasks are the collection and evaluation,taxation services,and tax audits..(2)The emotional intelligence of civil servants in the Shihezi Local Taxation Bureau is generally at a relatively high level,showing a positive trend.The development of the emotional intelligence of civil servants in the Shihezi Local Taxation Bureau is good,and the development trend of the emotional intelligence level of civil servants in the Shihezi Local Tax Bureau and the national civil servants' emotional intelligence level Basically the same.(3)The emotional intelligence of civil servants in Shihezi local taxation needs to be improved and the methods for emotional management have special problems.(4)The social causes,organizational reasons,interpersonal reasons,family reasons,and individual reasons are the main causes of the emotional intelligence of civil servants in Shihezi local taxation system.Based on the above research results,this paper mainly proposes the following policy recommendations: the establishment of EQ management mechanisms,the improvement of civil servants' wages and promotion system;the strengthening of emotional incentives to stimulate their positive emotional energy;enhance interpersonal relationship management skills and enhance emotional support;learn to regulate emotions,Continuously improve the skills to control emotions.
