| The article is about the research of the Primary Civil Servants'emotional intelligence and social support in Wu Zhong, Nan Ning, Da Lian and Zhan Jiang, which is under the Mayer&Salovey's 1997 Emotional intelligence Theory by the self-made questionnaires. The following topics are what I found through the research:1. The self-made Primary Civil Servants'emotional intelligence questionnaire is of good reliability and fair validity. Through EFA, it comes that the Primary Civil Servants'emotional intelligence consists of five parts: the managing other's emotions, the managing self-relevant emotions, the perception self-emotion, the perception other's emotion and utilizing emotion to solve problem, and it is proved to be reasonable by CFA.2. The intense degree for the five parts is like this:.the perception self-emotion, utilizing emotion to solve problem, the perception other's emotion, the managing self-relevant emotions, the managing other's emotions.3. The Primary Civil Servants'emotional intelligence are different in such variables as age, working years and administrative rank.4. There is strong relationship between Emotional intelligence and Social support. Through the Primary Civil Servant being divided into three groups, we used SPSS package to compare the Emotional intelligence difference of them with difference Social support by ANOVA analysis.And there is significant difference among them.In conclusion, the article will provide the relevant departments the psychological evidence which can assist them to learn the Primary Civil Servants'emotional intelligence and adopt some pertinent means to enhance the civil servants'activities and. efficiency. |
