As managers of national social activities and executors of policy guidance,the work form and content of public officials can easily give people a sense of burnout.Secondly,the job burnout of civil servants will have a greater negative impact on the normal development of various jobs.In addition,it should be recognized that township officials often face more difficult tasks and higher pressure,so they will spend more time and energy to complete the process in the actual work.which greatly reduces their work enthusiasm and leads to burnout problems.The burnout of township public officials will inevitably affect the effectiveness of government services in rural areas.Based on the theory of job burnout,this paper uses research inestigation,data analysis and other methods to study township public officials in X county of Jiangxi province.This paper studies the influencing factors of job burnout in township civil servants,constructs the model of job burnout in township civil servants,and puts forward some countermsures on how to solve the problem of job burnout in township civil servants.Through empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:family conflict has positive influence on job burnout behavior burnout and psychology in township civil servants.Job burnout behavior burnout and psychology of civil servants have positive influence,the degree of influence is medium;social support has positive influence on job burnout behavior burnout and psychology of township civil servants,and the degree of influence is small.
