Research On The Government Function In The Process Reengineering Of The State Owned Enterprise Reform

In our country,the state-owned enterprises to master the lifeline of the national economy,China's economic development plays a crucial role,but the current state owned enterprises in the face of low efficiency,internal control is not strict,the system is rigid and so on.State owned enterprises reform is an important aspect of the new public management reform movement,to a certain extent,to solve the above problems.The reform of state owned enterprises is based on the theory of modern enterprise system,the establishment of scientific management system,including internal management system,effective corporate governance structure and human property,production supply and marketing integration of scientific management system.In the current environmental impact the country to vigorously promote the reform of state-owned enterprises,state-owned enterprises business process reengineering is one of the important measures for the reform of state-owned enterprises,focusing on the establishment of internal management organization structure and property,effective production and marketing of integrated scientific management system.At present,under the background of state-owned enterprise reform,the research on the related functions of the government in the process of business process reengineering is not enough.This paper studies the current state of mixed function of government process reengineering in the ownership reform conditions,collect relevant information through access to information and interviews,on the business process reengineering problems and reasons in the process of analysis,and put forward the countermeasures.Finally,taking the construction of a subordinate company as an example,analyzes the functions of the government in the process,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The reform of state-owned enterprises is an important aspect of national policy changes,is particularly important for the practice of research in the reform of this case is,state-owned enterprises as the first batch of state-owned enterprises of mixed ownership reform,the valuable experience in the reform,can provide important reference for the further reform of state owned enterprises.
