Performance Assessment For Auxiliary Policemen In Emergency Patrol Team

After many years of development,the public security organ auxiliary police force has been effectively standardized.But the shortcomings of the performance appraisal system has been exposed,which hindered the construction of the public security organ auxiliary police force to a certain extent.To improve a series of old problems in the auxiliary police's performance appraisal,we are analyzing the present situation of the performance appraisal for the auxiliary police of Security Patrol emergency brigade in Yongzhou and we will combine with the relevant theory of performance evaluation to establish a new set of performance appraisal system.In addition,we will combine with the public security organs examples to verify so as to provide reference for the performance appraisal work of the public security patrol emergency brigade and other auxiliary police in public security organs to be carried out.The research contents and contributions of this thesis include the followings:?.The present situation,existing problems and reasons of the performance evaluation of the auxiliary police.We will do research on the present performance evaluation of the public security patrol emergency brigade in Yongzhou City.Through the questionnaire survey,we analyze the existing problems on this paper so as to find out the reasons for these existing problems.According to these,we will talk about the importance and urgency of strengthening the management of public security patrol emergency auxiliary police.?.The establishment of the auxiliary police performance evaluation index system.According to the problems in the performance appraisal for the Public Security Bureau patrol emergency brigade auxiliary police in Yongzhou City,we need to introduce the modern public management performance evaluation theories.Through job evaluation and optimizing criterion,we should try to establish a more suitable set of standard performance evaluation system for the auxiliary police such as in the aspect of the performance assessment index.?.The verification and analysis combined with examples.We will verify through the optimized performance evaluation examples of the patrol emergency brigade auxiliary police in Yongzhou and evaluate the verification results.At the same time,we will put forward proposals to improve the performance appraisal in organization,personnel and system so that we can provide ideas for public security organs to increase performance appraisal for patrols emergency auxiliary police and find new ways to perfect the current performance appraisal for the patrol emergency auxiliary police.
