Criminal science and technology are not only important means to safeguard judicial justice and social stability,but also important means of investigation and the fighting against crimes.In general,regional crime,the stability of social security situation and the ability to control the social strength are all decided by the criminal science and the capacity of technology workers.So,the basic performance of basic-level criminal technicians is directly related to the investigation cases.This thesis makes an empirical study in public security system of Yongzhou,Hunan province.118 basic-level criminal technicians are regarded as the samples,the researchers complete the questionnaires on job satisfaction and performance.Through the questionnaire survey,the job satisfaction of grassroots criminal technical personnel can be divided into four dimensions: work environment,training and promotion,organization identification,salary and welfare,and come to the task performance dimension and the surrounding performance dimension as the explanatory variables of the two regression equation model,the model shows that the pay and benefits have the greatest impact on the performance of the task,while the level of organizational identity affects the performance of the surroundings.In addition,the grass-roots criminal technical staff because of individual differences on job satisfaction have different feelings,thus affecting the work performance.The results show that job satisfaction and job performance of criminal technicians are positively correlated.This analysis uses the SPSS21.0 version of the analysis software.It is concluded that there are some problems in the work environment,training and promotion,organization recognition,salary and welfare of criminal technicians,and there is not enough funds for technical personnel,the technical equipment investment is not strong,the working intensity is heavy,the management is obsolete and the mechanism is not.In this paper,suggestions on how to improve the job satisfaction and job performance of criminal technician are put forward according to the conclusion of the research.In this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the job satisfaction and job performance of criminal technical personnel.This thesis expands the understandings on work status of basic-level criminal technicians.Also,we put forward suggestions on the job satisfaction of basic-level criminal technicians.It also has certain practical significance for the future development of relevant policies,which is in order to improve the working performance of basic-level criminal technicians.
