Performance Management Research In Public Security Organs

In recent years,China's public security agencies are continuously strengthening the reform of their systems and teams.At present,many countries in the world have already constructed and perfected the performance management system of public security organs.Performance management has been extensively substantiated in the promotion and improvement of the public service level.As a result,performance management has become an important part of the reform of public security organs in our country and an important part of the formalization,institutionalization and standardization of public security forces.Currently,performance management,basic public security organs in our country is still in its early stages.With the advance of reform in the public security organs,we made a lot of research on performance management,but in the external political performance culture and grassroots public security organs complex factors,there are many problems in the setting of performance indicators,the implementation of evaluation procedures,and the application of results.Coupled with changes in the functions of public security organs at the grassroots level in the new era,more demands have been put on the performance management of public security agencies.Therefore,to enhance public security organs have the real level of performance management is very important.In this paper,Y County Public Security Bureau performance management as an example,an empirical study of the performance management of public security agencies.By studying the present situation of performance management in Y County Public Security Bureau,analyzing the existing problems in performance management and drawing lessons from the performance management of public security organs in foreign countries,this paper puts forward solutions for improving performance management and provides reference for the performance management of grassroots public security organs in our country.
