A Study On Customized Training For Civil Servants Under Characteristic New Urbanization Construction

Training for civil servants refers to pre-service orientation,in-service training,knowledge updating training,and professional work training for people with the identity of national civil servant,the purpose of which is to improve civil servants' working abilities and comprehensive qualities.After civil servants' recruitment examination,training becomes one of the important means of updating civil servant team's knowledge structure,improving their working abilities and keeping their comprehensive qualities advancing with the times.Offering good training for civil servants means a lot for improving the efficiency of the government and pushing forward the development of the career.However,at present,we haven't attached enough importance to the training for civil servants.There are still the problems of traditional training methods,inaccurate training contents,unsound security mechanism,being unable to satisfy the overall need of the government for civil servant team's qualities under new circumstances.As the only protection and development zone in the 9+1 management pattern of J Province,C Development Zone undertakes the duty of ecological environment conservation as well as the duty of tourism economy development,therefore successive leaders of C Development Zone all set a goal of characteristic new urbanization,planning to construct a small town of characteristic tourism in C Development Zone,like Zermatt,the ice city at the foot of the Alps,Lauterbrunnen,the waterfall village,and Brienz,the wood carving village on the fairyland by Lake Brienz.There is no doubt that it puts forward high requirements for the civil servants in C Development Zone.That's why C Development Zone has arranged many training courses for the management of civil servants,but in the specific process of implementation there are still many parts that don't meet the requirements in reality.Therefore,on the basis of a careful understanding and summery of the common problems in civil servants' training in our country,the writer takes the specific and realistic practices of C Development Zone as an example,and puts forward questions on training for civil servants as well as the solutions.
