Research On The Implementation Path Of The Delicacy Of Urban Social Governance

In the process of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,urban and rural population mobility has become more frequent,social structure has become increasingly differentiated,and interest demands have become increasingly diversified,showing the tendency of dissimilation,complication and diversification of business trips,which has increased the difficulty of urban social governance.At the same time,the government is still used toapplying extensive,general and vague methods in social governance,which makes the government input the cost,but the governance effect is not ideal.It is imperative to improve the government’s ability of social governance,change the original extensive management and governance mode,and strengthen the exploration of the implementation path of social governance refinement.In order to effectively change the shortcoming of traditional governance such as fuzzy and general,kunming panlong district implemented the construction of“Digital panlong”and made some beneficial attempts in the refinement of urban social governance,which is a miniature of the current exploration of the refinement path of urban social governance.Therefore,this article based on the relevant academic theory and practical research,the kunming panlong“Digital panlong" social governance background,measures and results were analyzed,and the study of panlong social management present situation of refinement,further explore its causes,and gives concrete Suggestions,efforts to optimize and expand the governance path to provide theoretical and empirical research reference.This article is divided into five parts.The first part of the introduction,introduced the relevant background and research significance of this paper,summarized the domestic and foreign research on social governance,and introduced the theoretical framework,research ideas and research methods.The second part,focusing on the refinement of social governance and the construction of“Digital panlong",expounds the concept of the refinement of social governance,expounds the value and characteristics of the refinement of social governance,and introduces the motivation and basic situation of exploring the refinement path of urban social governance with the construction of "Digital panlong" as a sample.The third part introduces the practice of pushing forward the delicacy of urban social governance in panlong district with the construction of "Digital panlong",expounds the background and construction measures,and summarizes the achievements.The fourth part deeply analyzes the problems existing in the construction of "Digital panlong" in panlong district and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fifth part puts forward the optimized strategy of“Digital panlong”construction.
