The Study On The Continued Socialization Of Urban Retired People In The Background Of Aging

As the ageing of the population intensifies,the number of retired senior citizens in our country continues to increase,and in particular,urban retired older people gradually become a group that cannot be ignored.Most of the older people still have the willingness to work and work after retirement.Whether they are in physiological conditions or cognitive functions,or in their ability to participate in social activities,they all have good conditions,and they have accumulated long-term work.The richer experience and knowledge is an important social wealth and resource for the country.If we can properly develop and use the capabilities and enthusiasm of these older people,we can make greater contributions to the development of the society.However,due to the implementation of retirement policies,the elderly have undergone great changes in their living environment,relationships,and social roles,and various problems have arisen in social adaptation.Whether they can quickly adapt to the post-retirement life,smoothly realize the transformation of social roles,and continue to integrate into the development of society is crucial for each retired elderly person to spend their old age.From the perspective of individual socialization theories and activity theories,this article uses questionnaire survey,literature data,and statistical analysis to study the continued socialization of urban retired elderly in Yaodu District,LinFen City,to understand the interpersonal relationships and roles of the elderly.The status quo of behaviors,behaviors,socialization of values,and participation in social activities,and the analysis of the demographic characteristics of retired senior citizens in Yaodu District impact on the elderly'sparticipation in social activities.The study found that there are issues such as role transformation,age discrimination,and impending death in the process of continued socialization of retired elderly in Yaodu District.The study believes that in order to enable the retired elderly in Yaodu District to continue to socialize successfully,it is necessary to increase the enthusiasm of the elderly to participate in society and pay attention to their enthusiasm for participating in society.Specific measures mainly include the following: First,to strengthen the government's guiding role and the support of national policies from the national level.The second is to create a good social environment at the social level,build a platform for participating in society,and attach importance to the basic role of the family.Third,individuals must correctly understand and evaluate themselves,increase their awareness of participation in social activities,and use existing conditions to increase their participation in social activities.Fourth,at the social work level,senior citizens should be instructed to understand relevant social resources,encourage them to participate in community activities,promote the social participation and integration of the elderly,create a social environment conducive to the lives of the elderly,enrich the elderly's old age,and help them adapt to the elderly.The social role of the period allowed them to be safely in their old age.
