Research On The Protection Of Migrant Workers’ Rights Under The Perspective Of Government Responsibility

With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy,migrant workers have grown into a new type of industrial power.The number of migrant workers is also increasing year by year.According to statistics,in 2017 China’s migrant workers migrant workers population has more than 286.52 million people,in which the number of local peasant workers reached 114.67 million,migrant worker accounted for more than 171.85 million people.Migrant workers have played a vital role in China’s economic construction and urbanization.With more and more rural labor force choosing to come to urban employment,the state and the government began to attach importance to the issue of migrant workers,and introduced relevant policies to protect the rights and interests of migrant workers.Governments at all levels also actively carry out special activities to safeguard the rights and interests of migrant workers.But in the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers in our country at present,most of the migrant workers in urban employment and social security are still treated unfairly,employment discrimination and high cost of low coverage of social security,rights protection,wage arrears,etc are still plagued by migrant workers.How to safeguard and protect the rights and interests of migrant workers is the core of solving the problem of migrant workers.The government’s public management main body,mainly responsible for the protection of rights and interests of migrant workers,on the question of rights and interests of migrant workers to play a coordinating interest distribution,policy support,and actively guide the positive role.We should implement the main body of responsibility and strengthen the sense of responsibility.Through the government’s power to guide the society and the third sector to pay attention to the rights and interests of migrant workers.To form the government,the society,the migrant workers individual three aspects of cooperation linkage.In this article,I will be around by the government responsibility caused by the lack of research on the peasant workers’ rights and interests of the damaged issue,thus hope to peasant workers’ rights and interests safeguard the public problems to make a contribution.First of all,the first chapter starts from the rational understanding of the government’s responsibility in the damage of the rights and interests of migrant workers,and puts forward the research background,literature review at home and abroad,and the research methods in this paper.The second chapter explains the key words and related theories in this paper.The third chapter enumerates the present in the protection of rights and interests of migrant workers policies and implementation,through the phenomenon of peasant workers,rights and interests is damaged,from the Angle of the government,this paper expounds the government problems in the maintenance of peasant workers’ rights and interests.The fourth chapter is about the government’s problems in protecting the rights and interests of migrant workers,and explains the reasons for the lack of government responsibility.The fifth chapter enumerates the positive measures of the domestic labor-intensive cities in solving the problems of migrant workers.The sixth chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of the government through the elaboration of the previous chapters.This paper tries to innovate on the basis of absorbing the data of others.However,in the research direction,due to its own ability,the research Angle is limited to the government responsibility,and there is no further study on the causes of the damage of migrant workers’ rights.At the same time restricted by their academic level and various external conditions,in the process of field investigation data,the related theory and the data is not very detailed,about the question of rights and interests of migrant workers also need to be further in-depth study.
