Research On The Policy Implementation Deviation Of Housing Provident Fund Management Center In N City

In order to fill the gap of policy implementation deviation in the field of Housing Provident Fund Management,improve the effectiveness of administrative services and correct the policy implementation deviation,this paper analyzes the policy implementation deviation of N City Housing Provident Fund Management Center in selective implementation,additional implementation and mechanical implementation from three aspects:policy problem characteristic,policy self-factors and other factors.According to the problems and reasons,five suggestions are put forward:rectifying the cognitive deviation of policy objects,improving the execution ability of policy executors,formulating and implementing policies scientifically,using of information system effectively,strengthening supervision and optimizing the evaluation system.
