Research On The Intervention Effect Of Interpersonal Group Counseling To The Addicts Re-socialization

Compulsory isolation detoxification is a complex work.Government has always attached great importance to it and vigorously carries out rehabilitation work,and constantly innovative model of detoxification.At present,to promote addicts return back to the society smoothly becomes an important topic.To make the drug addicts achieve smooth re-socialization is the difficulty and key,and the success of re-socialization is not just about the individual of drug addicts' survival and development,the family harmony and happiness,also related to the progress of the society.The essence of re-socialization barriers is that they make illegal crime again or relapse.Lack of interpersonal relationships,emotions and so on is the causes of compulsory isolation detoxification personnel re-socialization barriers.Social support system damage is an important factor that makes the compulsory isolation detoxification personnel lack of emotion.Studying these factors leading to the lack of emotional,we aim to find the ways and means to make addicts re-socialization,to reshape the compulsory isolation detoxification personnel healthy psychological structure,to improve the interpersonal relationship,to enhance the level of mindfulness,to promote drug rehabilitation,and to make great help to the prevention of illegal crime.Through the investigation and study,we found that most of the research emphasis is about the mental health of the addicts,less attention to interpersonal communication research.And interpersonal problems not only influence its addicts in forced isolation of rehab to adapt to life,but also more important for them to return to normal after the quarantine of the significance of social groups,maintaining integrity.Based on previous research conclusion,many of the addicts who return back to society can't correctly handle interpersonal relationships and then lead higher proportion to relapse,which has a direct impact on the early treatment.Therefore,how to improve the interpersonal skills of addicts,to solve the problems existing in the interpersonal of addicts,becomes one of the keys to control relapse behavior.In this study,the author randomly selected 400 addicts as investigation object from his work objects.And from the perspective of interpersonal intervention in group psychological counsel,we explore the relationship between social group counsel and re-socialization of addicts,interpersonal relationship,fear of communication conditions and the social avoidance and distress.Through randomized methods,400 investigation subjects were divided into control group and intervention group.By using drug addicts refuse drugs self-efficacy questionnaire,mindfulness level scale,social support scale,communication fear self-report scale,social avoidance and distress scale,etc.this paper investigates the basic situation of addicts.Making the questionnaire information into electronic data the computer by EXCEL 2007,and using SPSS 16.0,we did descriptive statistics analysis and paired samples T test etc.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper is as follows:Firstly,by looking up some literature,combined with the actual problems of drug users,the author gets preliminary knowledge and understanding about the research status and development trends of interpersonal group counseling research.Secondly,based on the study object and work practice,this thesis aims to design a set of interpersonal group counseling of addicts scheme and then implement it.And then,through the questionnaire to quantify the measurement indicators,to collect data in the process of implementing,by using EXCEL and SPSS 16.0 to make statistical analysis,this paper gets its research conclusion,namely through mindfulness intervene and interpersonal group counseling to promote the addicts resocialized.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions as how to choose suitable objects to reduce experimental error,how to do counseling activities to make it more close to the reality,and how to realize the long-term effects of the addicts re-socialization,and so on.
