Research On The Practice Of Old-age Pension Policy For Community Residents

With the continuous development of society,the aging degree of our country is getting higher and higher.Our country has opened the rhythm of "running into an aging society",and the issue of old-age pension has become one of the important issues facing our society.The needs of the elderly groups show a more and more diversified trend.Under the condition of multiple retirement methods,the community residents' retirement methods are more and more entering the social people's vision.Based on the above background,the central research questions of this paper are as follows: First,taking the L community of Lanzhou City as the case study object,through the field investigation study,describing the needs of elderly people living in the community for old-age pension policies and the practice of old-age pension policies in the process of old-age pension in the community;Secondly,the paper analyzes the problems and reasons of the pension policy in the practice of the community;Thirdly,it is necessary to reflect on the feasible way and direction of old-age pension policy in the community.According to the survey,the needs of elderly people living in the community for old-age pension policy are mainly expressed in the following aspects: First,the old-age pension policy fails to meet the diversification of old-age pension needs of the elderly;Second,the elderly generally have a low level of understanding of pension policies.The practice status of old-age pension policy in the process of community living in old-age pension is that,first,the old-age pension policy can not be precisely implemented;Second,it is difficult to implement some old-age pension policies in the community.Through the analysis,it is found that the problems existing in the practice of old-age pension policy in the community are: First,the community lacks propaganda on old-age pension policy,the elderly group has a low degree of awareness of the community-based old-age pension method and related old-age pension policies,and the degree of implementation of old-age pension policy is low;Second,the service personnel have low degree of specialization and have not formed a complete professional team;Third,the needs of the elderly are increasingly diversified,and pension policies can not meet the needs of the elderly.Fourth,pension resources are scarce and resources are unevenly distributed.The reasons for this are: First,the community has not established an old-age policy propaganda system;Second,the lack of professional service personnel construction measures;Third,the community lacks the concept of precise old-age policy supply;Fourth,communities do not have special resources for old-age care.Finally,the paper reflects on the feasible way and direction of the pension policy in the practice of community home pension: First,the community should continuously promote the home pension policy;Second,training the community home pension professional team;Third,the establishment of community precise old-age policy supply concept;Fourth,we should establish a comprehensive supply system for the elderly living in the community.
