On The Perfection Of China's Film Review System

As a modern art form,film carries great social propaganda power and influence.It is the artistic creator through the audio-visual combination of the way to express their own artistic ideas.With the development of society,film has become an indispensable way of entertainment.The influence of the film on the audience is a double-edged sword,which has two aspects: negativity and enthusiasm.As far as enthusiasm is concerned,movies can carry forward patriotic spirit and convey the values of truth,goodness and beauty to the whole society.As far as negativity is concerned,because of the commercial nature of the film itself,producers will exaggerate violence,pornography,crime and other plots in pursuit of high profit box office,which is bound to produce to the public.Negative effects.Therefore,film censorship is an indispensable means in the film industry of our country.Through film censorship,the government can examine the film content in advance and make a decision to ban its release or modify its release for films that will have a negative impact.The film censorship system is related to the development and prosperity of the whole film industry,but with the rapid development of the economy,the film censorship system has exposed more and more problems.Therefore,China's film censorship system still needs a lot of improvement.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the relevant theoretical concepts of the film censorship system in China and the development process of the film censorship system in China,including the Republic of China,the War of Resistance against Japan and the New China period.The second part analyzes the main problems existing in the film censorship system in China,focusing on the development dilemma faced by the film censorship system in China from three aspects: the subject of review,the review standard and the review procedure.The third part is the reference of foreign film management model,respectively,drawing lessons from the United States and Singapore.Through the introduction and analysis of the American film classification system,this paper takes the famous film Titanic as an example.Referring to the specific scoring standards,this paper introduces in detail how to review and grade the films by the American film classification system,which provides a reference standard for the construction of the detailed film classification standards in our country.Singapore,as an Asian immigration country,accounts for74.2% of Singapore's total population.Therefore,Singapore is influenced and influenced by Chinese traditional Confucian culture and feudal autocracy.Thecollision between eastern and western cultures has created a unique film system in Singapore.Although Singapore eventually established a film classification system,it never envisioned replacing censorship with classification,so Singapore is a film censorship model that focuses on censorship and introduces grading standards.The point is worthy of our study and reference.Therefore,under the general direction of the reform of the review system,our country can imitate the introduction of the classification system in Singapore,and at the same time ensure the authoritative position of the review.In the formulation of classification standards,learn to learn from the United States classification standards.In the fourth chapter,for perfecting the film censorship system of our country,first of all,it puts forward the idea of changing the concept of film censorship,from the examination idea of "both old and young" to the new concept of "keeping pace with the times and open and inclusive".This paper puts forward the principles of constructing the film censorship system in our country,including the principle of publicity of examination procedure,the principle of public participation,the principle of reasonable administration and so on.Then it is put forward from the aspects of examination subject,procedure,standard and so on.Come up with concrete measures for improvement.Finally,after drawing lessons from foreign film classification standards for analysis and research,this paper puts forward a film management model with Chinese characteristics based on the actual national conditions of our country.
