Research On The Legislation Related Issues Of China's Housing Law Under The Background Of New Era

The survival and development of human beings and the future and destiny of human beings are the most important concerns of Marx and Engels.For them,satisfying people's needs and promoting people's free and comprehensive development are the key to solving people's livelihood problems.They always regard people's free and comprehensive development as their highest value goal and strive for it all their lives.In their people's livelihood thought,everywhere reflects the concern for people's interests,people's survival,and people's development.In today's China,the housing problem has always been the people's livelihood problem that the government pays attention to.The housing problem concerns the fundamental interests of the people and the most basic survival and development problems of the people.Therefore,only by solving the most basic survival problems of the people,can we further and better develop in an all-round way.The traditional thought of "living and working in peace and contentment" reflects the people's yearning for a better housing and a stable life.However,throughout the housing market in recent years in China,the high housing prices have caused many ordinary people to "stop looking for houses".The housing market attaches too much importance to the investment attributes of houses,and even there has been a wave of speculation.For the high-income groups,they think that buying a house can keep its value and increase its value,they will invest in buying it.For the middle and low-income groups,once the house price is stirred up,owning a house will become a heavy burden on their lives.At the same time,the indemnificatory housing has not developed very well in our country,and the housing problem has become a major problem to be solved in the field of our national life.Legislation of "Housing Law" to raise housing protection to the legal level is one of the effective means to solve housing problems in China.Legislation of the Housing Law has been concerned by all walks of life.Many countries have enacted and promulgated the Housing Law in line with the national conditions,in order to protect the housing rights of their people.The protection of housing rights provided by the legislation of the Housing Law is not only the protection of citizens' housing entity needs,but also the protection of citizens' housing spiritual needs.Citizens need dignified housing.Since 1983,the Housing Law has been formally incorporated into the legislative deployment of the Legal Committee of the National People's Congress,but the Housing Law has not yet been promulgated,which is a great defect for the integrity of the legal system of our country.In this context,this paper tries to study the relevant issues of the Housing Law legislation,hoping to contribute to the development of the legislation of the Housing Law of our country.In this paper,the related issues of the legislation of the Housing Law are mainly based on the Marxist theory of the legislation of the Housing Law,the historical inevitability of the legislation of the Housing Law is comprehensively analyzed,the development history of the legislation of the Housing Law at home and abroad is summarized,and the shortcomings of the realization of the housing right concerned in the legislation of the Housing Law in China's practice are found,as well as the following,how to better solve these shortcomings of the countermeasures to study these aspects of content.
