Research On The Development Of Old-age Social Enterprises In Guangxig

Since the end of the last century,China has entered the old-age society,and the aging of the population has led to the growing problem of old-age services.In China,the change of family structure and the popularization of the concept of socialized pension service make it difficult for families and governments to meet the needs of the elderly.Social enterprises take into account the dual nature of Commerce and public welfare,which is conducive to solving the pension service problems faced by our country.Therefore,some private non-profit pension service institutions have transformed into social enterprises and become pension-oriented social enterprises.In recent years,the aging of population in Guangxi has become more and more serious,and the problem of pension services has become increasingly prominent.As a new pension mode,pension-based social enterprises have attracted wide attention from all sides because of their unique advantages.The case selected in this paper is the first institution in Guangxi to be recognized as an old-age social enterprise by China Ci Fair.The first-hand information was obtained by investigating the institution.In the process of investigation and research,it is found thatthere are actually many pension institutions engaged in social enterprise activities in Guangxi.The development of pension-type social enterprises in Guangxi is in the embryonic stage.In the process of development,they are faced with the problems of unclear legal status,weak market operation ability,and insufficient cultivation of young backbone talents.This is mainly due to the lack of relevant laws and regulations,unclear self-orientation and lack of right.Lack of understanding of the problem of providing for the aged.Based on the experience of relevant cases at home and abroad,this paper puts forward three aspects to promote the future development of pension-oriented social enterprises in Guangxi.First,from the government level,the government needs to achieve legal norms,policy support and behavioral guidance;secondly,from the social enterprise level,pension-oriented social enterprises should recognize their identity,improve the internal system,pay attention to personnel training,learn to innovate with market means to solve problems;Finally,from the social level,for-profit organizations and social organizations should form a mutually reinforcing relationship with social enterprises and establish a third-party evaluation system.
