As the labor dispatch system has received more and more attention from the society,the issue of party management for labor dispatched employees has also been put on the agenda.Strengthening and improving the party affairs management work of labor dispatched employees is conducive to improving management efficiency,and can also provide more targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the party affairs management work of labor dispatch personnel of government,enterprises and other major employers.The party affairs management of labor dispatched employees involves three main bodies:dispatching agency,dispatching agency and labor dispatching staff.It is precisely because of the inconsistency between the labor management personnel and the work task management subject of labor dispatching staff that the labor dispatching party members and employees have a sense of belonging to the party organization.In the party organization activities,they were treated differently,the construction of grassroots organizations was delayed,and the management of party affairs was in the form of problems.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the causes of the problems in the perspective of labor dispatching employees,labor dispatch agencies and agencies,and propose suggestions for improving the party management of labor dispatch workers.The improvement of party affairs management work for labor dispatch workers first needs scientific planning and perfecting the basic principles of management work,namely,the principle of clear responsibility,the principle of complete organization of grassroots party organizations,the principle of orderly organization of life,and the principle of adequate funding.Secondly,with the dispatching agency,the dispatching agency,the labor dispatching staff,the community party affairs,and the higher party organizations as the main body,it proposes to strengthen the main body consciousness of the labor dispatching party members,establish the dynamic management mode of the organizational relationship and the labor relationship transfer at the same time,and play the community party affairs to the former party members.The transfer of organizational relations,the improvement of the incentive mechanism for sending agencies to manage the dispatch of party members,and the strengthening of the supervision of the party organizations at the higher levels to the organization of grassroots party organizations in order to achieve the optimization and orderly advancement of the party work of labor dispatch workers.
