Research On The Participation Of The Social Organizations In The Consultative Democracy Of The Marxism Perspective

China is undergoing the significant shift from being traditional to being modern.During the decisive stage in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,the reform of the political system is also proceeding steadily,making sure that the people can take part in the process of the democratic politics.Therefore,the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the party clearly stated to expand the consultation channels of the organs of state power,committees of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference,political parties,and community-level and social organizations.The 19th CPC National Congress proposed that we will advance extensive,multilevel,and institutionalized development of consultative democracy,and adopt a coordinated approach to promoting consultations carried out by political parties,people's congresses,government departments,CPPCC committees,people's organizations,communities,and social organizations.Having the social organizations to be a part of the consultative democracy will not only raise the awareness of people participation in the democratic politics,boost the public decision-making to be more scientific and democratic,but also will show the great capability to running the country in the modem era.the social organizations to participate in consultative democracy is still in its infancy at the moment.Doing further research of the problems and reasons and exploring the principles and channels of its can help it get directions.Integrating logic and history and combining theory with practice,this paper concludes the overall situation of our social organizations participating in the consultative democracy.The paper consists of 5 parts.The summary and the logic of each part are as followed.The first chapter is the introduction which starts from the background and the significance of the research.Analyse and conclude the results of researches on the issue.State briefly on the primary content,means and innovation of the researches into the issue.The second chapter set out to define the concept of social organizations participation in the consultative democracy by using the Marxist theory.Teasing out the ideologies of the likes of Marxist consultative democracy,Marxist consultative democracy in Chinese.The third chapter will focus on the analysing of the actual foundation of our social organization participating in the consultative democracy,including the actual conditions,characteristic and current situation.The fourth chapter will analyse the possible problems and the causation of the issue.And the last chapter will explore the path alternative to the countermeasures of the issue,Mainly from the perspective of the basic principles of social organizations to participate in deliberative democracy,speeding up the construction of consultative capacity of social organizations,broaden the channels for social organizations to participate in deliberative democracy,Perfecting the guarantee and supervision mechanism of social organizations participating in consultative democracy.It is of great theoretical and practical importance to have the social organizations taking part in the consultative democracy.Only in this way,can we improve the construction of the democratic politics and complete the body of consultative democracy.
