The improvement of people's living level and the change of media have magnified the problem of social integration of the intellectual disability person.Although the public's attention to the mentally handicapped has increased and many social activities have been launched, most of them still remain at the level of meeting the survival needs of them.At present, the trend of helping the vulnerable groups has changed from "helping others" to"self-help" and "rescue" to "development".How to help them realize the change and integrate into the society is a topic that needs to be considered and studied in this paper. Therefore, basing on in-depth user research and analysis, this paper uses the theory and method of service design and combines with the theory of social integration for an interactive service system between the public and the mentally handicapped. The system can help the mentally handicapped achieve social integration.First of all, through the previous literature research, this paper explored the current ways and means of integrating the intellectual diasbilities into society and provided research direction for service design intervention.Secondly, depending on the on-the-spot investigation and the analysis of different types of public welfare organizations, this article explored the current interactive service process, media and scenarios, and put forward the experience characteristics of interactive service. Finally, using user research methods such as participatory research and in-depth interviews,it can dig deeply into the current service pain points and user needs;than, summarize the design direction and content of the interactive service system for guiding the design practice.
