The Problem Of China In Urban Space Justice And Its Governance Path

At present,the domestic academic circles are concentrating on the study and discussion of the urban space Justice in China,under the guidance of the Theory of space Justice of the new Marxist Urban school,referring to the urban crisis that broke out in the western world in the 1960 s.Based on the lack of urban spatial justice in Chinese society,this paper explores how to construct urban spatial justice with Chinese characteristics.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the19 th National Congress that with the continuous development of China's social economy,the main contradiction of society has undergone a fundamental transformation and the people's longing for a better life has gradually become the mainstream of social development,and socialism with Chinese characteristics has placed the happiness of people's livelihood and the fairness of society in a more important position under the environment of the new era.Therefore,we are required to reflect on the problems of spatial justice from the perspective of spatial justice,in order to better explore how to solve the urban space problems,and gradually construct the socialist urban spatial justice with Chinese characteristics.And then to achieve people's well-being and social equity to provide effective protection.The thesis is divided into four chapters:the first part is the introduction,focusing on the significance,ideas,framework and existing theoretical research results.The second chapter focuses on the research process of the new Marxist urban school on spatial justice theory.The third chapter introduces the context and problems of urban space justice under Chinese characteristics,analyzes the two dimensions around the Chinese problems,and tries to construct a theoretical framework which accords with the characteristics of China's development in order to study the urban spatial justice.The fourth chapter focuses on the realization of urban spatial justice,using the corresponding strategies to construct the just space,and then effectively resolve the existing urban crisis and spatial contradictions in Chinese society.Gradually build up the characteristics of China's social development urban space justice.
