Research On Contemporary Urban Rights Under The Background Of Capital Space

In the logic of Marxist thought,urban rights is an important research area of problems.In order to better explain the urban rights thought under the background of capital spatialization,This paper attempts to analyze the classic works of Marxism,the Marxist urban school and the representative works of humanistic urbanists to sort out the core factors of the concept of "urban rights".Combined with relevant cases at home and abroad,suggestions are proposed on the construction of urban rights in China under the background of capital spatialization.This paper is divided into four chapters:In the first chapter,the theoretical background and practical significance of the topic are discussed.The research status of urban rights at home and abroad is analyzed.At present,domestic and foreign researches mainly analyze the urban rights from the perspectives of sociology and politics.However,this paper attempts to study this issue from the perspective of Marxist philosophy and political economy.Although Marx did not explicitly put forward the concept of "urban rights",some of his classics are the theoretical origin of the idea of "urban rights".Both Marxist urban school and humanistic urbanists have deepened the theoretical logic of "urban rights" on the basis of Marx’s urban thoughts.In the second chapter,the theoretical connotation of urban rights under the background of capital spatialization is deeply analyzed.Based on the general background of the unbalanced relationship between capital and space,a series of space problems are bound to arise in the process of urbanization.The solution to these problems is to reignite the concept of "urban rights".The problem of urban rights is ultimately attributed to the problem of space production.To promote urban rights,space production must be guided from injustice to justice.The third chapter analyzes the relevant practice of urban rights under the background of capital spatialization.With the acceleration of urbanization,the issue of urban rights is no longer a theoretical problem,but a practical one.By reflecting on the urban reconstruction of Paris and a series of problems in the process of promoting urbanization in city C of China,suggestions of putting people first and maintaining space justice are proposed.The fourth chapter is the conclusion.Through combing the urban rights thought of Marxist classical writers,Marxist urban school and humanistic urbanist’s,we basically clarify the relationship between the spatialization of capital and urban rights.At present,China’s urbanization has entered a new era.The current construction of urban rights should be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and fully implement the spirit of the 19 th CPC national congress.Moreover,the five development concepts of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing" should be firmly established.Studying urban rights from the spatialization of capital will help promote the innovative development of Marxist space theory and have certain practical significance for building a new era of ecologically livable cities.
