Comparative Study On The Quality Of "Community-home" Mixed Old-age Care And Institutional Old-age Care

In China,family pension has been in a dominant position for a long time.Under the influence of traditional ideas and solid state model,most of the elderly think that they will choose other pension models only when they have to.However,with the increasingly serious aging of the social population,the function of family pension is gradually weakened,and the proportion of family pension is gradually reduced.Although currently the majority of the elderly choose to choose family endowment,in recent years,the elderly population who choose institutional endowment and "community-home" hybrid endowment gradually increases,so more and more elderly people will choose institutional endowment and "community-home" hybrid endowment.However,from the current construction level of "community-home" mixed old-age care and institutional old-age care,both of them have defects to varying degrees,which can ensure that they can provide better old-age care services for the elderly and complete the quality of old-age care services with quality and quantity guaranteed.Therefore,this paper conducts an empirical study.The purpose of this study is to solve the pension problem brought by the increasing number of elderly people in the final analysis.Although there are many forms of old-age care in our society,and old-age care institutions and "community-home" mixed old-age care are also stepping up construction,the development of quantity only makes these forms of old-age care uneven in quality,and this kind of development will only bring bad results to the old-age care industry.From the perspective of promoting the development of the old-age care industry,this paper discusses the current situation of the old-age care mode except family old-age care,and mainly studies the "community-home" mixed old-age care and institutional old-age care,respectively starting with the quality factors affecting the two.In institutional endowment,the service provided by institutions,individual differences,family status and quality differences of service providers are analyzed.In the "community-home" mixed old-age care,the factors affecting its quality are divided into four dimensions and analyzed from the four aspects of service object,finance,management and service team.This paper finds out the disadvantages of the service quality of the two pension modes,and puts forward Suggestions on the service development direction from the perspective of improving the service quality,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of pension.In order to make the research more illustrative,this paper combines theory with practice.Firstly,relevant theoretical knowledge is sorted out by asking the constitution,and the research status of institutional endowment and "community-home" mixed endowment is mastered to a certain extent.In addition,the concepts of the two are defined according to the existing research data,so as to find theoretical basis for this paper.Secondly,this study also conducts an empirical study on the k community in s city.Based on the perspective of service quality,questionnaire survey and interview were carried out respectively for institutional old-age care in k community and "community-home" mixed old-age care.The deficiencies were found out in the empirical study,and Suggestions were put forward in combination with relevant theories,hoping to promote the continuous development of China's old-age care industry.
