Research On Community Home-based Aged Services Under Hierarchical Mode

With the aging degree of our country continues to highlight,the community home care service,as an important component of China’s aged care services.This article adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire surveys,case analysis etc.,from the old people’s ability level in the L district of ShenZhen city,the analysis of the needs for the elderly and the construction of the community home care facilities(mainly investigating the construction of Starlight elderly homes,the community party Group service centers,and the community care centers for the elderly in the L district area,community home-based care services,and other areas in-depth analysis of the status of community home care services in the L area and existing problems.Therefore,through the exploration of community home-based care for the elderly in L district,The article finds that the tiered and hierarchical service delivery linkage model is conducive to promoting the integration of all types of endowment resources in the area,improving the quality of care services for old people,and improving the community home care service system.It also sums up and designs a long-term protection system as the foundation,centers on a sound community home-based care service network,and uses a convenient community-based smart old-age service system as a means to mobilize all sectors of the community,integrate multiple resources to participate in the work.With the combination of the Internet of Things,the Internet,the "online and offline" in the service network form will be used to create a mode of "district-street-community-family".The implementation of community home-based care for elderly people under this grading model can not only improve the utilization rate of old-age care facilities in L districts,extend the coverage rate of elderly care service,provide accurate old-age care services,and optimize the management of old-age care services,but also provides valuable reference experience for exploring social work services for the elderly home care service in community.
