Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Jinan Community Home-based Pension

Since 1999,China has gradually entered an aging society.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also puts forward the requirements to cope with the aging and develop the pension industry.How to deal with the severe aging situation,how to make all the elderly have their support and support,has become an important issue that must be considered and explored in today's era.Community home-based pension is a kind of pension mode between family pension and institutional pension.It is provided by professional institutions or professionals for the elderly at home or in the community,such as food aid,cleaning aid,bath aid and other life care,spiritual comfort and other services.It combines the advantages of family pension and institutional pension.In recent years,focusing on the actual needs of the elderly,adhering to the problem-oriented,focusing on the weaknesses of the short board and highlighting the key work,Jinan has continuously issued relevant documents and policies,and taken various measures to promote the rapid development of the city's elderly care service industry,especially the community home-based elderly care.However,at present,Jinan community home-based elderly care service is still in the initial stage of development,especially due to the backward ideological understanding,weak economic foundation,more historical debts and other reasons,the elderly care service system is not perfect,the community home-based elderly care service facilities are insufficient,the home-based community elderly care demand and service supply are not matched,the community caregivers and other professional talents are lack and many Problems such as the insufficient function of the subject of Yuan welfare are still prominent.In this paper,questionnaire,comparative analysis,interviews and other research methods are used to study the problems existing in the development of home-based elderly care in Jinan City and the theme of countermeasures and suggestions.Through reading a large number of literature and periodicals,fully grasping the policy documents,conducting detailed questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,master the first-hand information of Jinan community home-based elderly care service,study the current situation of Jinan community home-based elderly care service,analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward reasonable solutions and suggestions based on the experience and practices at home and abroad and in advanced regions.
