Research On The Capacity Building Of Rural Social Work Service Institution

At present,rural social work service in our country has already participated in the rural community work and the construction of rural civilization with its own professional advantages.To a certain extent,it has a certain effect in transfering the rural spare resources,improving the villagers’ participation,building rural culture atmosphere and forming a cooperation of multiple governance structure between government and society now.Thus it can promote the development of the civilization construction at the grass-roots level.However,the localization development of social work in China is relatively slow,and there are still some acclimatizing phenomena in the participation of grassroots governance,which restrict the capacity construction of rural social work service institutions.Based on this objective reality,it is necessary to reflect on the current methods of social work participation in rural work,and pay more attention to the capacity building of rural social work service institutions.China’s social governance model is currently in a big transition stage,so a large number of social organizations emerged in the social environment of government purchase of services.As the “rookie”in social organizations,Rural social work service agencies’ capacity building is affecting the quality of service supply and the key of sustainable development.Taking X institution of rural social work service in Nanjing as the research object,this paper revieweds and analyzes relevant research and data on social work service institution,general situation of villages,towns where X Institution is located and living environment of rural social organizations.On this basis,a field survey was conducted on X Institution of rural social work service in Nanjing,and a variety of methods such as semi-participatory observation and semi-structured interview were adopted to obtain rich research data.I have had a certain understanding of the difficulties faced by X institution of Nanjing rural social work service in the process of capacity building,and I have thought and analyzed the improvement path of its capacity building based on the multi-disciplinary contents such as public management and sociology.X Agency of Nanjing Rural Social Work service was founded by its founder,who had served as the secretary of the local county government office before establishing X Agency,so he had certain leadership ability and related resources.Thanks to this,the development of X Institution of Rural social work service in Nanjing was relatively stable in the initial stage.Through continuous practice and accumulation of project experience,the capacity building of the institution has achieved a certain degree of development.However,as a small social work service agency,X limited its ability to link social resources due to its own capabilities and the singleness of purchasing services.Because the program of the project and the actual situation of the countryside limit its service innovation ability;The mobilization capacity of institutions is affected by the rural change and the way of institutional service.The brand building ability and brand innovation of the organization are seriously inadequate due to the personnel and their own ideas;The different demands of various stakeholders affect the integration ability of institutions.These various reasons have resulted in a practical bottleneck in the capacity building of X institution of rural social work service in Nanjing.In order to promote the capacity building of X institution of Rural social work service in Nanjing,it is necessary to expand the channels for the institution to obtain resources to improve the resource linking ability,which can be explored from both internal and external perspectives.Secondly,to stimulate the vitality of institutional service supply and improve the innovation ability of service matters,it is necessary to mobilize the self-initiative of institutions and unite with other service forces,including the synergy of government organizations,residents,charitable institutions and enterprises.Thirdly,it is necessary to promote villagers’ recognition of X organization’s work to improve its mass mobilization ability,which requires in-depth exploration of villagers’ activity needs institutional development and improve the integration ability of stakeholders in X Institution,which requires the institution to clarify the concept of collaborative development with the village and coordinate the integration of interests with multiple entities.Through the above various ways,promote the capacity building of NANJING rural social work service X organization,so that the organization
