Research On Evaluation Of Civil-Military Integration In Chongqing

The development of civil-military integration is an important way to promote social economy development and enhance national defense strength.In recent years,with the change of the world security pattern,higher requirements have been put forward for the national defense construction of various countries.The strategy of civil-military integration has been risen to one of China's seven major strategies,and which is of great significance to our national defense and economic development in the new era.As an old industrial city,Chongqing responds to the call of the stat actively and develops civil-military integration vigorously.Evaluating and grasping the development of civil-military integration Accurately,and pointing out the direction for the future development of civil-military integration in Chongqing.This paper takes Chongqing as the research object,using the method of case analysis and comparative analysis,analyzing the main problems and reasons in the development of civil-military integration between Chongqing and other provinces and cities,and Chongqing enterprises and domestic and foreign enterprises.And select some enterprises in Chongqing,using factor analysis method,with the help of SPSS software for analysis.On the basis of the research on the degree of civil-military integration in Chongqing,some suggestions are put forward for the development of civil-military integration in Chongqing.The main research conclusions include: compared with other provinces and cities in China,the civil-military integration degree of Chongqing is not good,there are some problems such as the basic conditions such as the number and scale of enterprises are not prominent,supporting policies and systems are incomplete,investment in R&D is inadequate,high-level talent is short,platform construction is insufficient,financing system construction is imperfect,the access mechanism of civil-military integration enterprises has not been established.The development of civil-military integration of different industries and enterprises in Chongqing is quite different,failing to achieve all-round development.The civil-military integration development of automobile industry is better while the information industry is relatively weak.The development of civil-military integration of large enterprises is better than medium and small-sized enterprises.The development of civil-military integration of private enterprises is relatively backward.These situations are related to differences in funds,talents and technologies among enterprises,and it is related to the lack of support policies,imperfect financing system and insufficient platform construction.Therefore,Chongqing needs to pay attention to and solve these problems if it wants to promote the development of civil-military integration.
