Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Township Cadres From The Perspective Of New Institutionalism

Looking at the complex and complex appearance of today's political life,the institutional issue is an extremely important dimension.In recent years,the new institutionalism theory has been widely applied to various fields,providing a new perspective for people to analyze and study social issues,and also provides a unique vision for us to observe the reform and development of the township cadres' dynamic mechanism.At present,the changes in the institutional environment of rural grassroots organizations have aroused the power crisis of township cadres.The strict management of the party and the precise poverty alleviation have brought good governance results.On the other hand,it has brought more difficult governance to township cadres.As an opportunity to maximize the benefits of formalism,such as formalism,this has caused the current lack of entrepreneurial motivation of township cadres in China,and the impact of ideas,systems,and interests has made township cadres face the status of identity crisis,ambiguous political goals,and interests.In addition,the changes in the environment have also caused the township cadres' dynamic mechanism to have an incentive guarantee mechanism,the appointment assessment mechanism is not perfect,and the supervision and management mechanism lacks the reality of the three major mechanisms to lack the effectiveness.It also jeopardizes national governance and social construction,and is not conducive to personal development.Taking the three major schools of the new institutionalism,namely rational choice of institutionalism,sociological institutionalism and historical institutionalism as the theoretical premise,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy as the macro background,and the strict management of the party and the purification of the political ecology after the 18 th National Congress The practical basis of rural grassroots and the deployment of precise poverty alleviation strategy work systematically analyze the dynamic crisis of the township cadres in China and the systemic effectiveness of the township cadres' dynamic mechanism and the harm caused by it;reveal the reasons for the existence of these problems,and then analyze the system Based on the path dependence and institutional change dynamics encountered in design innovation,on the basis of this,the enlightenment brought by the new institutionalism and the development trend of the township cadre dynamic mechanism are proposed.It is hoped that through the institutional research on the cadre dynamic mechanism of rural grassroots organizations,the extraction of empirical practices can provide useful help for innovative institutional arrangements.
