| As the main force of grassroots work,township cadres are the specific implementers of the party ’ s policies.The work enthusiasm and ability of township cadres directly affect whether the grassroots government can smoothly carry out various tasks and whether various policies can be implemented in place.In recent years,the cadre team in our country has gradually moved towards standardization and specialization,and the management of the cadre team has gradually improved.However,there are still some problems in the incentive mechanism of township cadres.Compared with the cadres of the municipal and county departments,there is still a big gap between township cadres in terms of working environment,salary,training and education.Therefore,how to improve the incentive mechanism of township cadres,increase the enthusiasm of township cadres and the efficiency of grassroots work,has very important practical significance.Through use hierarchical theory of needs,two factor theory,fairness theory,expectancy theory,and literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,researched the incentive mechanism of cadres in Y town of D county.A "Questionnaire on the Incentive Mechanism for Township Cadres" was set up and distributed to investigate and understand the work situation of the cadres in Town Y,the current incentive situation and the cadres’ evaluation of the incentive mechanism,and analyze the current problems in the incentives for township cadres.Through investigation and research,it is found that as the country’s policy system for cadre management becomes more and more perfect,the effectiveness of incentives for township cadres has become more and more obvious.On the one hand,the country’s policies on the posts,ranks,and titles of township cadres have become more and more liberalized,effectively reducing the pressure on promotion,breaking the ceiling for promotion of township cadres,and providing more development for township cadres.On the other hand,with the improvement of various systems,the higher-level departments have given more care to the grassroots cadres,the office conditions and working environment of the township agencies are gradually improving,and the sense of gain and happiness of the township cadres is gradually increasing.Of course,the survey also found that the current cadre incentives still have problems such as deviations in incentive concepts,imperfect incentive systems,and simple incentive methods.Finally,combined with the actual work and research situation,measures to improve the incentive mechanism for township cadres are proposed.In the future,it is necessary to start with the transformation of incentive concepts,improve the incentive system,and enrich the incentive methods to better improve the effectiveness of incentives.These measures can not only provide references for improving the incentive mechanism of township cadres,but also provide theoretical support for improving the governance capabilities of township governments and enhancing the image of the government. |
