Research On The Construction Of Smart Community In S City

The 21 st century is in the information society.With the rapid development of new-generation information technologies such as mobile Internet,the Internet of Things,and big data,the construction of smart cities is in full swing in all parts of China.As an important part of smart cities,smart communities are also booming.In addition,with the diversification and complexity of society,the needs of community residents have undergone more new changes,so the difficulty of community governance has increased.The construction of smart communities not only helps to innovate the application of science and technology,but also improves the ability and level of social governance.So how to use new technologies to build communities has become the focus of attention from all walks of life.At present,the concept of a smart community in China's academic circles and government is inconclusive,and no mature model has been formed in any place,indicating that the construction of a smart community is still a process of continuous exploration.Since 2015,Q community has been listed as one of the pilot projects for the construction of a smart community in S,and the construction of a smart community has begun a comprehensive exploration phase.On the basis of researching a large number of related literature at home and abroad,this thesis clarifies the concept and characteristics of smart communities,and conducts in-depth research on the construction of Q community in S city from the perspective of Gerry Stocker's governance theory.In addition,the survey research method and case study method were used to interview community leaders and issue questionnaires to the residents to investigate the construction of the smart community in the Q community of S city.Then,based on the interview content and questionnaire analysis,we found that Q community has problems in the process of building a smart community,such as the lack of effectiveness of the smart community construction guidance system,the low participation of residents in the construction of smart communities,the lack of effective negotiation and cooperation between the construction subjects,and community Internet professional services.Lack of talent,etc.Analyze the cause of the problem,and finally put forward the specifics ofimproving the Q community's smart community in terms of clarifying the responsibilities of the main body,strengthening the cooperation of relevant governance bodies,promoting the formation and development of an autonomous autonomous network,and exploring new methods and new methods for the construction of smart community talent Opinions on measures.Practice has proved that building a smart community is of great significance.Not only will it help improve administrative efficiency and the level of smart services,but it will also help strengthen the modernization of government and community governance.Therefore,this paper hopes that through the exploration of the Q community to build a smart community,it will continuously improve the intelligence and refinement of community governance,and provide a reference for government departments to formulate related policies and other smart community construction.
