Educational Poverty Alleviation,as a long-term mechanism for precision poverty alleviation and precision poverty eradication,can help to improve the quality of the poor in poverty alleviation,stimulate the endogenous driving force of the poor to escape from poverty,prevent the intergenerational transmission of poverty,and help to achieve the goal of precision poverty alleviation and precision poverty eradication.At present,the government,which is in the main position in the work of poverty alleviation,has promoted the in-depth implementation of education and poverty alleviation by actively carrying out the top-level design of the strategic Approach to poverty alleviation of education,organizing and implementing the action measures to alleviate poverty,and increasing the investment in the development of rural education,and has achieved great results.However,as the leading force of education to alleviate poverty,our government has gradually exposed the limitations in meeting the diversified educational needs of the poor subject,the effective investment of educational resources and the precise implementation of relevant policies in the process of system,social public welfare organizations in the stage of rapid development have also actively participated in the work of education to alleviate poverty,with a strong sense of mission,responsibility,as well as various forms,flexible operation and other characteristics,in promoting the development of education in poor areas,improve the quality of rural workers and other aspects Constantly innovate the poverty alleviation model.Therefore,the broad participation of social forces represented by social public welfare organizations under the leadership of the Government is bound to become an important connotation of the poverty governance program with Chinese characteristics.Based on the national Education Poverty alleviation strategy thought and the background of related policy development,this paper takes the angle of the two main anti-poverty organizations of government and social Public Welfare Organization as the starting point,and expounds the research theme of "Social public Welfare Organization participating in the optimization of poverty alleviation mode of education" as the study topic,from four parts.And before the formal discussion,combined with the relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad combing,pointed out the value and significance of this study.First of all,this paper starts with the theoretical support and realistic needs of social public welfare organizations to participate in education and poverty alleviation,and demonstrates the importance of social public welfare organizations participating in education to alleviate poverty.Among them,this paper comprehensively analyzes the shortcomings of the current government-led education poverty alleviation work,and points out that the current education poverty alleviation has insufficient supply of resources,the precision and inefficiency of education to alleviate poverty,and shows that there is a strong realistic need for social welfare organizations to participate in education and poverty alleviation.Then,the second part is based on the characteristics This paper analyzes and summarizes the practical actions of organizing the participation in education to alleviate poverty,and sums up the main modes of social welfare organizations participating in education to alleviate poverty:the model of anti-poverty alleviation in epitaxial education and the model of poverty alleviation in connotation education,and the education Poverty alleviation action of social public welfare organizations is more inclined to choose the latter model.It emphasizes the practical advantages of social welfare organizations to participate in education for poverty alleviation,including the higher targeting and success of education to alleviate resources,the constraints of external systems and their limited ability make social public welfare organizations face the development challenge and practical dilemma.In the face of the current work predicament and model development expectations,how can social welfare organizations better cope with the challenges of poverty alleviation and optimize the mode of participation in education for poverty alleviation?This paper selects "Teach For China" established by Beijing Lide Foundation,which is a more successful innovation and practice project for social welfare organizations to participate in the poverty alleviation of rural education.The author has personally participated in the project promotion and volunteer recruitment activities as a core member of the project's campus team.Over the course of more than two years,in-depth recruitment and teaching lines to understand the operation and development of the project,and participate in the foundation's thematic forums and training activities around the project,many times with the project teachers and key staff to exchange dialogue,access to a large number of first-hand project information and analysis report,the selection of this case has certain practical basis and practical value.The third part of this paper carries on the case analysis around the project,emphatically describes the characteristic operation,output mode and long-term influence mode of the project,and points out the experience that the project can draw on for reference.Through case analysis,this paper shows the active exploration of social welfare organizations participating in poverty alleviation in poor areas,and further discusses how to promote the development of social public welfare organizations and optimize the model of poverty alleviation in education in the government-led poverty alleviation system.Finally,combined with the previous analysis and summary,the last part of this paper from the government system support and social public welfare organizations from two aspects of the development of the way to clarify the Social Welfare organization Education poverty alleviation work development path countermeasures,to optimize the social welfare organizations to participate in education poverty alleviation model put forward suggestions.It is emphasized that the Government should improve the policy environment of optimizing the system,provide stronger institutional support for social welfare organizations and a broader space for activities,do a good job in the stock development and policy guidance of social welfare organizations involved in education and poverty alleviation,cultivate the spirit of public welfare through publicity and support,and encourage more social forces to participate.At the same time,social welfare organizations should constantly improve their comprehensive ability,improve their organizational structure and operating system,improve the professional level of participation in education to alleviate poverty,actively communicate and collaborate with other social organizations,such as Governments and enterprises,improve cooperation mechanisms,and explore new functions of organizational poverty alleviation based on "Internet +" technology.In a word,under the background of deepening the work of poverty alleviation in education,as one of the main bodies of the development of poverty alleviation,social public welfare organizations in the process of participating in education to alleviate poverty,in the face of problems and challenges in development,need to actively optimize the mode of participation and work with the Government to promote the new development of Education poverty alleviation work.
