Research And Design Of Rural Government Information Communication Mode

Government affairs openness is the key to building a service-oriented government,improving the level of government administration and government service,and also the source of information and preconditions for government information dissemination,the disclosure of government affairs information is not only a manifestation of government responsibility,but also a respect for civil rights.At present,with the rapid and steady development of the national economy,the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the further advancement of new rural construction,rural information infrastructure construction has also been further improved,the demand for information from farmers is also increasing,especially for government information that has an important impact on agricultural production and management,rural economic development,and the increase in farmers' income.The rationality of the government information dissemination mode determines the effectiveness of government information dissemination.The mode of communication is determined by the medium of communication.In rural areas,posting notices,tweeter broadcasting and verbal communication are the main modes of communication.This mode of communication is effective to some extent.However,in the era of new media,the dissemination of rural government information should also adapt to the media environment in the new media era.At present,rural areas have problems such as uneven population distribution,generally low education level,further improvement of infrastructure,relatively backward economic development level,complex social environment,low media literacy,and frequent corruption at the grassroots level.Moreover,most of the rural youth laborers go out to work all the year round,and the permanent residents are mainly elderly and children.They do not know enough about the use of Smart Phones and computers.Under this circumstance,what kind of communication mode should be adopted in rural government information dissemination to further improve the effect of government information dissemination,and expanding the coverage of information has become the focus of this paper.From the perspective of information dissemination,this paper takes the rural areas of Zhoukou,Henan Province as the research object,collects relevant information and data through survey visits to the area,and based on this,the mode of dissemination of rural government affairs information from the disseminators,After careful analysis of the recipients,messages,media,feedback,etc.,it is found that there are several problems in the rural government information dissemination in Zhoukou: the government information disseminates less through official channels;the villagers pay less attention to government information;Information is prone to interception and distortion;villagers have low satisfaction with the implementation of policy;new media utilization is not high.It shows that the rationality of the rural government information dissemination model in Zhoukou needs to be further improved.At the same time,based on the smooth information,this paper designs the path and mode of information.The biggest role of design is in the innovation of the original things to solve the real problem.The rural government information dissemination mode as a specific social information dissemination system.Designs are also needed to address the problems of rural government information dissemination.On the basis of discovering the problem,this paper designs the rural government information dissemination mode in Zhoukou,and puts forward the detailed government information dissemination mode with the villagers' information processing ability as the entry point.The model is divided into the central communication path based on the new media platform and the edge communication path based on mass media.It proposes ideas on the content production,channel construction,feedback mechanism,effect improvement and safeguard measures of government information dissemination.Based on the above research,the design scheme of rural government information dissemination model in Zhoukou is formulated as a practice to verify the research conclusion.
