In the current dispensations of the technology development lifecycle,the broadening innovation is much considerable for perfect breakthrough imitation to innovation.The governmental network innovation on institutions,science parks,and expertise are paradigm shift of economic growth from developing nations.The aim of this study enormously builds factors of technological innovation policies as a critical comparative case study from developed countries;Japan,Korea,Singapore,and New Zealand imitated for developing countries.By using exploratory(radical)and exploitation(incremental)innovation theories,to enable firms and their expertise on the National Summits Developments on the innovation.The study employed a multiple-research approach based on archival observations on secondary data in the inductive qualitative analysis.Many strategic thinking initiatives that government undertakes on the science and technology developments,knowledge sharing reformation with institutions and improvement in the national innovation system.The study findings from the cases of strategic policies from Australia and Canada through the network on the premix of priorities to R&D,science publications,science and technology parks,and expertise to exercise government veto policies to achieving discipline across innovation development.Also the involvement of government support and incentive for organizations and firms innovations to spur on collaborative partnerships with multi-level firms and organizations,to build science and technology for innovative strategic thinking.The cross-case study systematically discovered that innovation interrelated across industries and states phenomenal approaches for theory and practical applications in the quest for imitated innovation.Therefore,the distances between firms,organizations,and government need to be bridged through policies for knowledge sharing and social network collaborations for exploitative and exploratory innovations achievement for developing economies in the world.Our study reveals that there is a strong relationship between government policies and institutional achievement of innovations for technology development.
