Research On Patent Transfer Of Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration Based On Social Network Analysis

In the era of knowledge economy,technological innovation plays an indispensable role,and the continuous creation and rapid transfer of knowledge contributes to the continuous development of society.At present,China's economic development has gradually shifted from factor-driven to innovation-driven.There is a certain gap in technological innovation capability between regions,and cross-regional technology transfer is one of the important ways to promote knowledge flow between different regions and reduce the gap between innovation and development between regions.We need to play a synergistic effect through inter-regional technology transfer and mobility to promote the coordinated development of technological innovation in different regions.As the largest urban agglomeration in China,Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration has a certain radiation effect on the surrounding areas and other countries in technology transfer.For inter-provincial metropolitan areas,the ability to form regional innovation systems with strong synergies is conducive to regional radiation effects.However,scholars have not systematically studied the cross-regional patent transfer of the urban agglomeration.The article studies the patent transfer relationship between cities in the urban agglomeration based social network.This article will sort out all the invention patent transfer information that occurred in 26 cities in 2017.It describes the statistical analysis of the status quo of invention patent transfer from the aspects of path,technology and geography,and then visualizes the patent transfer information to analysis the characteristics of social networks,node structure,small groups and key strategic planning city patent transfer nets.The study found that the transfer in different directions of invention patents was not equal,and the regional links of foreign invention patents were not balanced,and there were differences in patent transfer relationships among cities,and the network structure has central-edge characteristics,the radiation intensity of key cities is not enough.Finally,the article proposes countermeasures from the aspects of policy,resources,integration process,platform and key cities,and hopes to optimize the patent transfer relationship of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.
