Study On Community Home Care In Pukou District Of Nanjing City

Home-based care for the aged is the most important mode for China's current aging.It can not only effectively make up for the deficiency of institutional and family care for the aged,but also conform to the traditional habit of Chinese elderly people to provide for the aged at home.It is an effective solution to a series of problems caused by the aging population.Community home-based care for the aged is to take the community as the support of the service on the basis of the family,give play to the advantages of professional services,and give some social services such as life care to the elderly in the community who have difficulties in economic ability and practical life.The development of community home care service in China develops with the development of economy and society.Before 2000,the society generally relied on family pension and partially implemented institutional pension.After 2000,the community home care service has been on the right track day by day.Community hospitals,community volunteers and social institutions have taken part in it extensively.Taking the home-based care work in Pukou district of Nanjing as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the development of the home-based care center in five streets(Jiangpu street,Yongning street,Tangquan street,Xingdian street,Qiaolin street)in the district,USES literature research methods such as comparative analysis interview method of quantitative analysis,aiming to find the problems existing in the actual work,such as amplitude not enough advance of goverment and technology support policy implementation is not in place to improve staff level limited service content homogeneity and so on,a series of Suggestions are put forward in view of the problems,such as the top-level design more local government to introduce more social capital pay more attention to the choice of professional service personnel,etc.The research focus of this paper is on the one hand,it promotes Pukou pension services to occupy the market specialization systematic direction,lead to the development of Pukou old-age security services,also for other agricultural endowment that occupy the home to provide work experience of the street.On the other hand,it solves the agricultural community home endowment work can effectively cope with the future of China's rural aging population,China is an agricultural country,rural population accounts for the population proportion is over fifty percent,thus to old-age security service work,boost our country home endowment service construction to mature.
