Research On The Social Governance Theory Of Collaboration,Participation,and Common Interests

Xi Jinping attaches great importance to social governance issues.In the report of the 19 th National Congress,he clearly proposed to establish a social governance model based on collaboration,participation,and common interests,to safeguard and improve people's livelihood as the center,and to strengthen and innovate social governance.Innovative social governance is first and foremost an innovative concept.Xi Jinping's idea of co-construction,co-governance and sharing of social governance is based on Marxist theory of social construction,drawing on the theory formed by the active exploration of social governance by successive leaders of our country,and on the basis of profound changes in the main social contradictions of our country,combining with the stage characteristics of social development,summing up the law of social and economic development of our country and drawing lessons from foreign societies.In order to meet the requirements of modern social governance,the new theory and new judgment have pointed out the direction for strengthening and innovating social governance under the new historical conditions,which has important guiding value.The first part of this study summarizes the background and significance of Xi Jinping's concept of co-construction and shared governance,and introduces the process of social management to social governance in China.According to the current situation of social governance in China,the necessity of innovative social governance concept is put forward,and the significance of co-construction,co-governance and sharing of social governance concepts is analyzed from three aspects.Through systematic summarization and review of the domestic and foreign literature on social governance,this paper illustrates the superiority,guidance,innovation and practicality of Xi Jinping's concept of building and co-governing shared social governance in social governance.The second part of the study explains the related concepts and combs the basic theory of Xi Jinping's idea of co-constructing and co-governing shared social governance.The meanings of co-construction,co-governance and sharing are summarized,and the new connotation of social governance is sorted out through comparison with social management.Through the careful study of Marx's classic writers,the concepts of social governance in traditional culture,and the ideas of various leaders in China in social construction and governance,Xi Jinping's new developments in social governance are illustrated.The third part of the study affirmed and summarized the achievements of current social governance.After the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee,China's shift from social management to social governance was mainly reflected in the transformation of governance priorities and methods,and achieved certain results.However,China still has shortcomings in the concept of innovative social governance.In view of the problems existing in China's current social governance,it illustrates the practical needs of Xi Jinping on the concepts of co-construction,co-governance and sharing of social governance.The fourth part of this study summarizes Xi Jinping's main content of the concept of co-construction,co-governance and sharing of social governance.It includes emphasizing that party committees and governments should strengthen top-level design,stimulate social forces,improve relevant laws,ensure implementation,ensure public participation,social organizations must strengthen their sense of mission and sense of responsibility,and communities must learn to autonomy and participate in social governance.The fifth part of this study is to sort out and summarize Xi Jinping's conceptual values of co-construction,co-governance and sharing of social governance.It shows that his theoretical values include the theoretical fruits of the Sinicization of Marxism,which has guiding significance for promoting socialist modernization,promoting social harmony and building social civilization.Practical values include promoting social equity and justice,ensuring development and improving people's livelihood,and promoting the sinking of the focus of social governance.Xi Jinping's social governance concept of co-construction,co-governance and sharing reflects our party's understanding of the law of social operation and the mastery of governance.It not only enriches the content of our party's governance,but also satisfies the practical needs of social construction and points out the direction for how to develop China's social governance.This study focuses on the practical needs,main content,theoretical value and practical value of Xi Jinping's concept of co-construction,co-governance and sharing of social governance.
