The Research Of Property Service Enterprises Participating In Community Home Care

With rapid development of Chinese economics and culture,the population aging trend is more severe.Traditional old-age care cannot meet the needs of the society and adapt to the development background of the new era.Community home-based old-age care emerges at the historic moment and becomes a new old-age care mode in line with the development trend of the society with the strong support of the state.At the same time,the property management industry follows the policies and guidelines of the state,sparing no effort to develop the old-age care undertakings.Especially many property service enterprises gradually participate in the community home-based old-age care services.Due to the inherent irreplaceable advantages of property service enterprises in community construction,the perfect industry system and service system enable them to better participate in it.The participation of property service enterprises in community home care has great potential for development,however,this stage is still in the primary stage,and further exploration is needed to give full play to its inherent advantages and promote the development of community home care.This paper studies the participation of property service enterprises in community home care.Firstly,this paper starts from the study of community home care,analyzes the current situation of community home care,and finds out the existing problems in community home care service by comparing with other modes of care.Secondly,on the basis of introducing the existing model of property service enterprises participating in community home care,this article further researches the advantages and significance of property service enterprises participating in community home care,and it sets the stage for the following case study.Finally,the case study of RD property service enterprises participating in community home care is carried out,and suggestions to promote the participation of property service enterprises in community home care are put forward from the view of government,The companies and community home care respectively.
