The Research On The Mode Of Trinity Home-based Care Service Constituted By Government,Community And Enterprise

With the accelerating speed and the continuous expansion of China's aging population,the problem of elderly pension has become a kind of "heart disease" in the process of our modernization drive.For a long time,the changes in the population structure and the small size of the family continue to affect the traditional family pension,and the institutional pension has not been carried out on a large scale because of resource capital deficiency.The emergence of home-based care service improved the “pension difficulty” to some extent in our country,and its form is constantly enriched with the continuous addition of the multiple suppliers.One typical example is the family pension model under the cooperation of the government,the community and the enterprise.Compared with the traditional way of pension mode,it has the advantages of emancipating the children,making full use of the community resources,promoting the development of the old-age service industry and satisfying the many needs of the elderly.Therefore,it has been widely tested in China.This paper takes community L in Changchun for a case study.Through the effective investigation and visit to the 8 staff and the 100 elderly in community L where the mode of trinity home-based care service is offered,it aims to know how the service mechanism in community L.it is found that there are many problems in practice,including lack of professional talents and high quality of service.Then countermeasures are given for specific problems,including training high-level service personnel and improving service system etc.It is a long way for our country to solve the problem of pension.It is hoped that the study on the mode of trinity home-based care service constituted by government,community and enterprise can be used as a referential and feasible proposal to improve the status quo of home-based care service in China.
