Study On The Community Home Care Mode Participated By The Property Management Enterprise

China has the largest population as well as the most old-age people in the world.The problem of supporting old-people has attracted extensive attention from the whole society.With the speeding up of the population aging process and the ear of supporting old-people by one child arriving,the traditional family pension mode is no longer suitable for the situation of our country.As the world's largest developing country,China has stepped into aging society with insufficient ways of supporting old-people under the condition of low economic development level,which is different as developed countries.Therefore,exploring a pension mode to provide professional service to old-people which is suitable for China has become the main task.In this dissertation,three pension models are analyzed and compared.Ultimately,we conclude that the community home care will become the main way of China's elderly endowment in the future.Currently,community home care is still in the exploratory stage,so it met a lot of problems in practice,such as financial investment insufficiency,defective pension system,imperfect laws and regulations,lack of market participants and so on.As one of important participants in marketing economy,property management enterprise has set up complete service system during 30-year development.Various services become normalized and standardized,which could make up for the lack of community home care and brought about enormous economic and social benefits.In this dissertation,the author analyzes the community home care work in the United States,Britain,and Japan to conclude a lot of important experience we can learn.Through the specific case,this article analyzed how property management enterprise participate in community home care work and how old people feel about this work,and what achievements they made,what problems they come across.On the basis,the article put forward measures and suggestion,for example: strengthening people's awareness of community home care work,strengthening policy support to property management enterprise,establishing the law system,expanding the funding resources for community home care work and completing property management enterprise service.Those enterprises could not only promote its development in community home care work,but also enrich the participants of pension system,thus greatly improve pension system in China.
