Performance management originates from modern enterprise human resources management system,which plays an important role in enterprise management.With the revolution and innovation of Chinese government management,the performance management of national civil servant plays a more and more important role.A completed and considerate performance management process will contribute a lot to enhance the professional skill of the national civil servant,and improve the quality of the whole civil servant team,as well as build up a clean and efficient government.In this paper,it takes Changping district national development and reform commission as an example,research on the local government delicacy performance management.As part of the Beijing Changping District Government,civil servants in Changping district national development and reform commission are typical and universal.It gives a brief introduction and current status of performance management for Changping district national development and reform commission in the beginning.Find out the existing problem of current performance management process according to the interview and questionnaire survey result,compare with developed counties'civil servant performance management policy and execution experience,generate result and give suggestion on the performance management of Changping district civil servant performance management process.With the study,we take Changping district national development and reform commission as an example,hoped to make contributions to the local government delicacy performance management,build up a performance management system,with the appraisal as the priority,in order to make the civil servants' performance appraisal become a significant simulation of performance management.
