Research On Xi Jinping’s Thought Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the comrade Xi Jinping at its core,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to and devoted itself to the solution of poverty problem for a long time.In November 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the concept of“precision poverty alleviation” in a survey in western Hunan province.After that,he put forward “six precision”,“five batches”and other important thought.Under the guidance of those thoughts,China has achieved remarkable results in poverty alleviation that is the average number of people reduced poverty was 10 millions or more for six years.Xi Jinping’s thoughts of precision poverty alleviation is not only an important thought to guide China’s practice of poverty alleviation in the future,but also provide China’s plan and wisdom to poverty reduction in developing countries in the world,which is worthy of studying deeply.This paper elaborate on Xi Jinping’s thoughts of precision poverty alleviation from three aspects.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background of these thoughts.In term of time,a goal of eradicating absolute poverty and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020 is getting closer and closer,and the cause of poverty alleviation in China has entered the critical stage of eliminate poverty.In term of the actual effects of poverty alleviation,the efficiency of poverty alleviation in China is decreasing,the poverty gap is widening and the difficulty of against poverty is increasing,and many “hard bones” have been encountered in the process of poverty alleviation.Secondly,this paper states the content and characteristics of Xi Jinping’s precision poverty alleviation.In the aspect of content,this paper summarizes the connotation of precision poverty alleviation,expounds the essence request of “six precision”,and analyzes implementing approach of “five batches”.And on this base,this paper summarizes four characteristics of Xi Jinping’s precision poverty alleviation.Finally,this paper summarizes the contemporary value of Xi Jinping ’ s precision poverty alleviation.In practice,Xi Jinping ’ s precision poverty alleviation has not only opened up the new thought of against poverty in China,but also provided the strong guarantee for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020.Moreover,it enriches and develops Marxist theory of poverty alleviation,which has the important theoretical value.
