In recent years,with the accelerated pace of population aging,the problem of providing for the aged has become more and more serious.The 13th Five-Year Plan has put forward clear requirements for actively responding to the aging population.The service industry for the aged is facing opportunities and challenges of improving quality and efficiency,reforming and innovating.The construction of the service system for the aged and the service industry should develop in the direction of standardization,intellectualization and integration of medical care and nursing.In order to adapt to the new situation and new requirements,the aged service enterprises must establish a reasonable and effective salary management system.Among them,the establishment and improvement of salary structure is very important for the development of enterprises.This paper analyzes and studies the salary of FH Aged Service Company through literature analysis,interviews and investigation methods.The research found that there are three problems in the current salary structure of FH Aged Service Company.First,the internal consistency of salary is low,second,There is a big gap with the market pay,and third,the complete salary structure has not been established.The reasons for these problems were analyzed,mainly the imprecise job evaluation,the small influence of market salary and the low investment in salary structure design,etc.Through the thinking and analysis of these problems,this paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions for optimizing the company's salary structure.Through factor-grading method for job evaluation,determining of job quantity,division of job rank,market salary survey,formulation of salary policy line and adjustment of salary for problematic positions,the external competitiveness and internal consistency are further balanced,and a relatively reasonable salary structure is established,which will help to improve the incentives and market competitiveness of enterprise salary to a certain extent.Through analysis of the salary structure optimization problem of FH Aged Service Company,on one hand,it enhances the incentive function of the company's salary management,enhances the enthusiasm and sense of belonging of employees,and helps to improve their work efficiency and service level,thereby improving the overall strength and market competitiveness of the company.On the other hand,I hope it can be a reference to other similar enterprises in the industry...
